As the synopsis had explained, its the age of detectives - whereas detectives(duh!) and phantom thieves can be seen.
Sherlock Shellingford, Yusurizaki Nero, Cordelia Glauca, Hercule Barton*. They're the four exceptional student detectives and the main characters of the story.
These four detectives aka Milky Holmes, are famous throughout the academy for being the best. Or rather, having the best toys** than any other.
Sheryl can move objects at a distant.
Elly is really strong.
Cornelia has an exceptional earing ability.
Nero can control machines.
But not only detectives have toys. Even the thieves have it.
Four infamous phantom thieves - Lady Arsene, Stoneriver, Twenty, and Rat. They had powerful toys as well.
Arsene can cast illusions.
Rat can control emit fire.
But I dunno about Stoneriver rather than having to wield a sword and Twenty for being such an annoying gay...and narcissist.
But then one night, the Milky Holmes was struck by lightning when they were pursuing the four thieves. Resulting in losing their toys. Without those they turned from the best to the worst students ever in the academy.
So as to say, this anime is all about these four girls striving to reclaim their toys and their right positions as Milky Holmes. But whatever the story might be, I'll be blogging it till the end. XD
*Sheryl = Sherlock, Elly = Hercule, Nero, and Cornelia. Its their nicknames, just so you know, if you're getting confused with their long unnecessary names.
**What startled me is their TOYS o_O At first I thought they were relics to give you special powers, but it turned out to be the powers itself.
